Requirements for electrical parameters:
Specific electrical resistance of the busbars to direct current, converted to a temperature of 20 ° C, should be no more than:
- 0.0290 Ohm mm2/m - for AD0 aluminum bars;
- 0.0310 Ohm mm2/m - for tires made of aluminum alloy grade AD31 without heat treatment (hot-pressed);
- 0.0350 Ohm mm2/m - for tires made of aluminum alloy grade AD31 in a hardened and naturally aged state;
- 0.0325 Ohm mm2/m - for tires made of aluminum alloy grade AD31 in a hardened and artificially aged state;
- 0.0330 Ohm mm2/m - for tires made of aluminum alloy grade AD31 in an incompletely hardened and artificially aged state.
